Supervision and Training

Alongside the therapeutic work that I do, I have a long-standing passion for supervision, teaching and mentoring psychologists.

As a Board Approved Supervisor for over 15 years, I have supervised hundreds of psychologists and registrars in psychodynamic psychotherapy, supporting them to develop a deep, relational theory of mind — one that goes beyond technique and truly serves both therapist and client. To that end, I developed a new training platform called Deep Mind Psychodynamic Training to support Psychologists on their journey back to depth, passion, and clarity.

Clinical Supervision for Psychologists

Clinical Supervision is grounded in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy and supports:

  • deeper clinical understanding

  • reflective practice

  • confidence in therapeutic work

  • development of professional identity

Group Therapy for Psychologists

Group therapy is also available for psychologists who wish to engage in their own therapeutic work within a confidential and professionally held space.

This group supports psychologists to:

  • explore the emotional impact of clinical work

  • deepen self-awareness and reflective capacity

  • understand personal patterns that show up in therapy and supervision

  • reduce burnout and isolation

  • strengthen confidence and professional identity

This is therapy, not supervision, and is grounded in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy.

Suitability and availability are discussed individually.
